Payment
Payment is made directly at the end of the order process. The following payment options are available to all customers:
- Invoice
- Interest free instalment payment
- Postcard
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard und American Express)
- TWINT
- Prepayment (bank transfer)
- PayPal
- Pick-up at one of our stores and payment on site (cash, invoice, interest free instalment payment, debit card or Postcard and all major credit cards)
Payment on invoice
Individuals have the option of choosing the payment method on invoice or a interest free instalment payment (see below for more information). The following requirements apply for purchase on invoice:
1) the delivery address must match the billing address (Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein only)
2) the personal details must be recorded correctly and truthfully
3) a credit check has to be successfully .
The credit check is carried out automatically (electronically) by CembraPay during the order process. Your data is protected during the entire process. CHRISTIAN Uhren Schmuck has no influence on the credit check and cannot provide any information about it. However, our customer service can help you to understand what you can do yourself to be accepted. However, the payment method on account can be refused without giving any further reasons.
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after your order has been dispatched. Please note that invoices are not sent by post. The payment period for orders on invoice is 20 days. Reminder fees may be charged in case of late payment. The first reminder will cost CHF 25 and the second reminder CHF 30.
Interest free instalment payment
3 monthly instalments
0% instalment payment on every order for a term of 3 months with monthly payments. Simply divide the purchase price by 3 and you will get the monthly instalment.

You order a watch worth CHF 600 on 1 January and choose the 0% instalment plan with three monthly instalments. Once your order has been sent, you will receive the invoice by e-mail. You pay as follows:
- 1st monthly payment on 01.02., CHF 200.-
- 2nd monthly payment on 01.03., CHF 200.-
- 3rd monthly payment on 01.04., CHF 200.-
Please note: the first monthly instalment must be paid within 20 days.
Conditions: 0% effective annual interest, 3-month period: monthly payment, on condition of a positive credit score.
12 monthly instalments
0% instalment payment on every order for a term of 12 months with monthly payments. Simply divide the purchase price by 12 and you will get the monthly instalment.

- 3rd monthly payment on 01.04., CHF 100.-

- 6th monthly payment on 01.07., CHF 100.-
- 7th monthly payment on 01.08., CHF 100.-

Postcard - credit card - PayPal - TWINT
You can pay safely with TWINT, PayPal or the popular VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Postfinance cards through our payment partner PostFinance. In case of a credit note, we can then simply refund the same payment transaction.
Prepayment (bank transfer)
You can also pay by bank or postal transfer.
We kindly ask you to transfer the total amount to our postal account within 3 days, with the order number as a remark. Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee the availability of your order after this deadline. The account details can be found on the order confirmation which you will receive by e-mail.
