Free collection from the store

For confidential orders, especially for gifts, or if you are often not at home to accept your packages, we offer the "Pick up in store" option. Simply select this option in the fourth step of the checkout and conveniently collect your order from one of our exclusive locations in Zurich and Lucerne. When you collect your order, you benefit from personalised services such as expert advice and exclusive services such as bracelet adjustment and gift-wrapping.

Fast shipping

In our large warehouse and our three specialised stores, we have all items marked "in stock" on the product page in stock. If you order Monday to Friday before 3 p.m we usually send your order the same day, otherwise the following day. All items in our online shop that are not labelled as "in stock" are immediately available from our suppliers. However, in exceptional cases we may have an inventory difference. In such a case, we would inform you as soon as possible and let you know the new delivery date.

If you pay in advance by bank transfer, the shipping may be delayed by 1-2 working days depending on the processing of the payment.

Swiss Post generally takes 1-2 days for delivery within Switzerland (daytime delivery Monday to Friday).

Important note

Despite all care, in rare cases damage may occur during transport (already opened, damaged box, etc.). In such cases, we will of course exchange the damaged items free of charge.

However, please note the following procedure: Transport damage must be reported to Swiss Post immediately upon receipt of the goods. Open the package in the presence of the postman! In the event of any irregularities or damage to the goods, have the delivery person confirm this in writing and report the transport damage to us. This damage report is a prerequisite for compensation payments.

Track your shipment online

Once the package has been handed over to Swiss Post, you will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping confirmation and your tracking ID. You can use your tracking ID to track your package online at any time until delivery.
