Customer service employee 80% - 100% (bilingual D/F)
Do you enjoy advising customers and are you a flexible person who performs your tasks professionally and with a high level of customer orientation? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for. In the Customer Service team, we increase customer satisfaction and actively contribute to the company's success. At our location in 8004 Zürich we are looking for a committed person (m/f/d) as a customer service employee with immediate effect or by arrangement.
This function includes the following tasks:
- Answering customer enquiries by telephone or e-mail (operating the call centre)
- Coordination of supply chain activities
- Order processing
- Creation of invoices, credit notes and return instructions
- Close cooperation with other colleagues in customer service as well as with colleagues in logistics and marketing
- Handling general organisational tasks in day-to-day business and assisting with any office work in close consultation with the customer service team
Your profile
We are looking for an independent and focussed individual with a quick grasp of things. Based on your completed training and professional experience, you will quickly and profitably contribute your customer service expertise to day-to-day operations, actively help out and keep an overview at all times. Thanks to your exemplary manners and fluency in German and French, you communicate skilfully with internal and external interfaces and ensure that customer enquiries are processed accurately and quickly. An adept handling of electronic systems and office software is a prerequisite.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training/further education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service or internal sales
- Industry experience (watch and jewellery industry) is an advantage
- German mother tongue and business fluent in French are a must, - Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Affinity for sales, numbers and systems
- Resilient and highly customer-, quality- and service-orientated
