Montblanc's watchmaking tradition dates back to 1858, when Charles-Yvan Robert founded a watch factory in the Saint-Imier valley. This marked the beginning of the Minerva era. Each watch is imbued with pride, passion, soul and the expertise and knowledge handed down over generations by the watchmakers at the Montblanc manufactories in Villeret and Le Locle. The original Minerva workshops now house the Montblanc Manufacture in Villeret, perpetuating Minerva's tradition and expertise.
