By opening his own watch boutique in October 1984, goldsmith and jeweller R. Celik, who had previously worked for the renowned Tännler AG, laid the foundations for the long history of the family firm CHRISTIAN AG. We've remained loyal to Limmatplatz ever since. After an initial renovation in 1992, our boutique celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2014 with a complete overhaul.
How to reach us at Limmatplatz
CHRISTIAN Uhren Schmuck's remodelling was not least a response to the rapid changes at Limmatplatz, which was redesigned in 2007. This is located in the lively and extremely trendy Kreis 5 district, which is particularly well known for its many restaurants and bars. The store at Limmatplatz 1, opposite the famous Migros tower block, is easily accessible by tram (lines 4 and 13) as well as by bus (no. 32). There are also good parking options in the surrounding side streets (blue and white zones) and in the Migros underground car park.

At the Limmatplatz store, we offer our customers a large selection of wedding rings, a wide range of 18-carat gold jewellery and a selection of watches from renowned manufacturers.
We also maintain the family tradition of CHRISTIAN AG in our store on Limmatplatz, where we still have our own goldsmith's workshop for all kinds of repairs, fabrications and alterations.
