The watch arrived beautifully packaged and was delivered within 2 days, chapeau for that! The design of the watch is what I imagined, only the silver frame could be a tiny bit thicker to make the watch stand out a little more.

Simply brilliant, fast service!

Very friendly contact on the phone. The first watch was unfortunately too small and we were able to exchange it without any problems. The processing/exchange was also very quick. On the same day that the package was returned to Christian Uhren, we received confirmation by email that we could order the new watch. The watch looks very classy. Good value for money. We are very satisfied and would recommend this shop at any time.

Dear Sir or Madam, I bought the beautiful Runway Chronograph watch for my girlfriend for her birthday. First of all, I have to tell you that I was very tight on the order date. However, I was able to tell you via email that I needed the watch by July 6, 2015 and your team made sure that I received it on time. Thank you. This meant that I was able to give my gift to the birthday party on time. My gift topped all the gifts because this was the watch she wanted and her eyes sparkled that evening. First of all, I would like to praise the customer service and thank you in advance for the competent service and advice. I liked the Certina DS Podium Big Size Chrono GMT on the website straight away and despite my concerns about my narrow wrist, I decided to order the watch. The online order went smoothly and the delivery arrived at my home within three days. When I put the watch on for the first time, my concerns were unfortunately confirmed and the watch was simply too big. It was Saturday and on the same day I contacted customer service and asked about a possible exchange. The nice man on the phone said it would be no problem, but I should come to the branch to possibly adjust the strap. The next Monday I was in the branch on Limmatplatz and the same man served me. After the great advice and trying on other watches, I finally decided on the same watch and the strap was adjusted free of charge. My conclusion: ordering a watch online without ever trying it on is relatively risky, especially if you have a narrow wrist and decide on a big size. Despite everything, the service was courteous and professional, so if I had chosen a different watch, it would not have been a problem.

Everything fits, the price is a bargain and the delivery is quick and uncomplicated!

This watch is a highlight. The diameter of around 40mm, without the crown, is also ideal for smaller wrists. The 4th hand in the inner circle is blue and shows the date, very nice. The other hands and the time division, which are not numbers, are gold-colored. The tips of the hands glow at night. The day and month are displayed very nicely at 12 o'clock. I think the phases of the moon are a real eye-catcher. The moon and stars are drawn in gold on a blue background. The brown leather strap goes perfectly with the gold-silver watch and the clasp is very classy. I find the strap very hard, but it should definitely get softer the more the watch is worn. All settings can be set up very quickly and easily, but it doesn't work without the instructions. The watch has 4 setting points that are set in the frame and can only be operated with a special tool (included in delivery). This watch is very classy and looks very good. A very good purchase
