I bought this watch on behalf of my wife and had to bring it back to her on a trip. It ended up being a gift for a relative. The description of the watch on the website was so good that I was able to make the decision without consulting my wife. However, as I was under a lot of time pressure, an online purchase on Monday was out of the question as I was leaving on Wednesday two days later and therefore couldn't take any risks. Unfortunately, a visit to one of the branches was also out of the question as I simply live too far away. So I called to find out how quickly the watch would be available. The very nice and competent gentleman on the phone found the watch in one of the branches and assured me that it could be with me the next day (Tuesday). He then took down the order details and sent me the watch by invoice. It arrived on time and well packaged the next day. Christian has proven here that customer service works very well even in special situations and that he was able to fulfill my customer request 100%, which was unusual for an online shop. Detail about the pocket watch: The watch is really very beautiful, maybe I'll get one like it as a gift :). I particularly like the dial of this mechanical watch. The packaging of the watch is a highlight in itself. It is a pretty box with a magnetic closure (at least that's how it feels). If you open it, the watch is presented in front of you as if on an altar. There are two small books in the back of the box. One is a catalog of Tissot watches and the other is the 280-page history of the Tissot watch factory, written in novel form "A novel about a watch factory". The small pocket book is very entertaining and interesting to read. It also has numerous pictures of the early products, drawings of them and the old Tissot production facilities. Since I had to pass it on, I unfortunately couldn't read it all, but I hope to be able to make up for it soon with a watch of my own.

I chose this watch as a gift. I also own a Diesel watch (Mr. Big Daddy) and decided on the Diesel Mega Chief Chronograph because it is basically the little brother of my watch. In terms of appearance, this watch leaves absolutely no room for discussion, especially the Diesel 10 bar display on the cover glass adds a lot of plus points. (Tip if you are interested in buying it: look at the watch on Google, there you will find pictures of people wearing it in different lights) I also think the dial is very well designed and it also looks clear and very stylish. The metal bracelet closes well and the color matches the whole watch. Overall impression: I find this watch even better than my Diesel watch and had to seriously consider whether I really wanted to give it as a gift.

This watch was a birthday present that was very well received! Because the pictures correspond to reality, none of the three items ordered had to be returned.
