What does the warranty cover?
A watch's warranty generally covers manufacturing and material defects, including the movement, hands, dial, crown and sometimes the case. What is the difference in colour between 14-carat and 18-carat gold?

Do you make engravings?

Do you pack the order as a gift?

In the following cases, payment by invoice/ instalments is not possible:

- The delivery address does not match the billing address. This may also be the case for a delivery to a Packstation or company address.

- Your shopping cart exceeds a value of CHF 5’000 for new customers (or CHF 10’000 for existing customers, please note that outstanding instalments or invoices from previous orders must be deducted from this limit). - You are not yet of legal age.
- We are required to check the credit rating of our customers. This check is carried out by us via an external information database in Switzerland.
