How to order an item

How to order an item

1. Place the item you want to order in the shopping cart.
2. Click on the shopping cart and then on the "Checkout" button.
3. Log in with your customer account or register if you don't already have one. You can also place your order as a guest. However, we recommend that you register in order to benefit from all the after-sales services.
4. Fill in the order form with the required details and select the payment method in the next step.
5. Now all you have to do is click on "Order now" and your order will be completed and you will receive your order confirmation by email.

Credit check

Credit check for payment by invoice and monthly instalments

If you choose to pay by invoice or instalment payment, we will carry out a credit check in the background while you are choosing the method of payment. Please note that for this reason, payment on invoice and payment by instalments are not available for deliveries to business addresses. It may be that your address is not yet known in the system and that we need to check your details. In this case, our customer service team will contact you. If the payment method is blocked due to a negative credit rating, please contact us.

Not sure you will like the items you have ordered? Then ask for the right of return in the comment field in the last step of the order process. We sell some very expensive and special items in our wide assortment, which also require specially insured and expensive shipping. In addition, many jewellery items and watches are specially produced on demand and a return is associated with high costs. We also want to ensure that our items are absolutely flawless, unused and unworn for every customer. From our many years of experience in the watch and jewellery business, we know that jewellery is often bought for a specific occasion only to be returned after the event. If you let us know in the comments field that you are considering a return, you give us the opportunity to check the order and, if necessary, contact you to find a suitable solution for you if your order contains items that you cannot have delivered to your home without obligation. If the right of return is not explicitly requested in the comments field, you have a 14-day right of exchange. Some items such as wedding rings or engraved items are excluded from the exchange/return policy. Please note our non-binding online order service for viewing in one of our stores, which is explained below under Click & Collect.

The estimated delivery time is always indicated next to the price of the item consulted, in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. The indication of the delivery time is no guarantee. If we do not have the item in stock, the delivery time indicated is based on information from our suppliers. Even if we compare this information on a daily basis, there may still be discrepancies. This is beyond our control, as is a delay in delivery by the post office. If you order several items with different delivery times, we will deliver the entire order on the last delivery date of your order. Non-biding order for in-store consultation

If you choose the in-store pick-up option and pay at the time of collection, your order is non-binding and the items ordered are reserved for you. Please note that you can only request a limited quantity of items for a non-biding in-store viewing and that the products must be in stock at the time of your order.

 
Invitation for pick-up

Invitation for pick-up

When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an invitation by text message. If necessary, you will also receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up in the selected store. You can then come to the store to collect your order, bringing your ID and the pick-up invitation with you. If you do not collect the products ordered within 14 days after receiving the pick-up notice, we may cancel the order.

We will be happy to help you if you need a service or repair work on your watch. If a watchmaker is in the shop at the time, we can carry out the specialist work immediately. Otherwise, we will send your watch to our supplier for repair. Repair under warranty is the decision of the supplier.

Wristband service

When you place your order, you can specify the circumference of your wrist so that we can adjust the watch to your size. You can also have your new watch adjusted free of charge after purchase or when you collect it from one of our stores. For watches that you have not purchased from us, we charge a small service fee.
